nic.at: 100 years of internet competence

nic.at, a subsidiary of the Internet Stiftung, celebrates several anniversaries this year: 35 years of .at-domain, 25 years of nic.at, 25 years of Stopline and 15 years of CERT.at!

35 years ago, the Internet extension .at was registered in the worldwide Domain Name System, in 1998, the registry nic.at and the online reporting center Stopline were established. CERT.at, Austria's national Computer Emergency Response Team, celebrates its 15th birthday. That makes 100 years of Internet competence in Austria.
