netidee projects: OnLaunch

With OnLaunch, users of mobile apps can be informed about updates, warnings and failures. The project comes from the start-up kula, which aims to make the development of mobile apps accessible and affordable for everyone.

OnLaunch is a tool for developers. It allows them to notify mobile app users of updates, warnings and failures. And if necessary, e.g. in the event of security risks, temporarily block access to the actual app functionality. This can motivate app users to update their app. At app launch, the app queries the current status from the server and reacts to the response (e.g. the app switches to maintenance mode) and displays a warning or notice to the app user.

OnLaunch was developed by the start-up kula, whose vision is to make the development of mobile apps accessible and affordable for everyone. The target group of kula's developer tools are indie mobile app developers, mobile app agencies, marketing agencies and large corporations that develop external and internal mobile apps.
